client’s favorite reclining-chair to stacked tea cups, party boxes, singing
cows, Faberge eggs, topiaries and painted porcelain vases featuring gorgeous
flower arrangements, all out of cake and sugar!
Of course, looks aren’t everything when it comes to cakes. That’s why our
cakes are guaranteed to be just as delicious as they are eye-catching. All of
our ingredients are top-notch, fresh and never frozen.
A Peek At Our Process
Our exclusive cakes are completely edible works of art, often draped in
rolled fondant and masterfully decorated with exquisite hand painted sugar
flowers or other edible accessories. Rolled fondant is a “blanket-like” frosting
with smooth corners and a satiny finish. Using this technique offers endless
design possibilities.
In many of our designs we use a gum paste, also known as “sugar-dough.” The
recipe is created in-house and once hand-sculpted, it hardens into
porcelain-like masterpieces. Each leaf, petal, fruit, bow, ribbon, etc is then
hand-painted to create depth and realistic beauty.
